How are services billed?

As with most clinics, services are billed according to your pay source. I am credentialed to provide services through a variety of insurance companies. I also accept private pay which is discounted when paid at the time of service and have a partial sliding fee scale for patient’s who qualify.
 

Which Insurance Companies do I work with?

I accept the following insurances:

  • Medicare

  • Medicare Metro (Railroad)

  • Regence - Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • Blue Cross of Idaho

  • Aetna

  • Premera

  • Cigna

  • Amerigroup

  • Mutual of Omaha

  • UMR

  • Unfortunately, due to ongoing issues recieving timely and consistent payments from some of the Washington Apple Health insurance programs I am no longer accepting new patients with Washington Medicaid.

    I will accept uninsured patients who are willing to self-pay at the full rate for services and will arranged a schedule frequency and session duration according to what is affordable to the patient. I also offer a 20% discount, however if the payments are made at the time of service.

What Types of Services are Offered?

Bohnenkamp Behavioral Health offers individual psychotherapy treating all types of mental health related diagnoses as but I also offer Life Coaching to work on behavioral and motivational issues that are not directly related to a treatable diagnosis and Telepsych for longer distance patients.
 

What are my days and hours of service?

I offer services from 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday through Thursday at this time. These hours may change as the need and my schedule availability evolve. I am, however, open to making appointments outside of these hours depending on your unique scheduling needs.
 

What about crisis Situations?

I do not offer crisis specific services outside of office hours. I will accept same-day appointments as available when needed. There are, however, 24 hour crisis teams available at St. Joseph’s Hospital (208-799-6500 )and Quality Behavioral Health in Clarkston, (509-758-3341). You can also access crisis support by presenting to Tri-State or St. Joseph’s ER’s or by contacting 911. If you are in need of a brief check in by phone during business hours, I will check my messages throughout the day and before leaving the office and will be happy to contact you as soon as I am able.
